Phillips Property Management is a family run business which formed back in 2012 following an increase in our own property portfolio. Since 2012, our portfolio has increased and we now have a large portfolio of properties expanding from not only Treforest but to the Merthyr Tydfil area, and the surrounding areas of Pontypridd.
We offer a range of properties from commercial lets, student and professional let properties. As a family business, we continually expand our portfolio and are soon due to start on a new development in the Rhydfelin area of Pontypridd.
